CLIENT OVERVIEW
Our client is an upstream company. It operates a large asset base across several regions with a specific focus on
offshore sites in Europe, Africa and America. The client needs to improve its safety and maintenance performance.
Following an assessment of risk management practices and safety and best practices culture,
ROLE OVERVIEW
As a part of the implementation team, you will perform a series of activities to ensure a positive impact on client’s
safety performance and culture :
- Prepare your field sessions – document review-, KPI and data analysis and detailed planification of the activities that
will be conducted on site - Train managers and frontline management onshore and offshore on various topics such as i.e. safety leadership
posture, management routines, safety dialogues and risk awareness - Coach various levels of line managers – from managing directors to front-line supervisors – on practical safety
management tools such as safety dialogues, permit-to-work process, risk assessments, toolbox talks, etc. Coaching is hands on and conducted on the job - Support to HSE specialists in developing their advisory competency and influencing skills
- Deliver workshops and problem-solving sessions on critical risks reduction
- Assist the client in change management – for effective communication, engagement and sustained results
- Coach the client for governance adjustment
- Report the progress of the implementation plan fulfillment
- Be part of the support team : 4 seniors consultants for deployment + central team to report to Amine Group’s Delivery Chief.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- +15 years of experience as consultant and/or operations management in OPEX, maintenance, reliability, HSE
- Experience working offshore and onshore, ideally in O&G or mining or wind power energy
- Experience and/or appetite for operational risk management and Operational Excellence
- +5 years of experience working in remote locations such as Africa, America
- Fluent in English and French (Spanish and Portuguese is a plus)
- Proven delivery track record for training sessions, coaching sessions, workshop design and animation with operational managers
ASSIGNEMENT PARAMETERS
- Rotational basis of the trips – 2 to 3 weeks in the field per month + preparation and reporting time
- Duration is 8 months, starting in Q1 2025
- Main support locations: Africa and Europe
- Candidate is based in Africa or Europe ideally
- Offshore or OPEX or maintenance or safety certificate is a plus.
